By accessing or using any part of our platform, you agree to be bound by these Terms.
At Jungle Studio Fitness, we cultivate a vibrant and inclusive space where everyone feels seen, supported, and inspired. We ask all clients, staff, and guests to honor our community values by bringing kindness, professionalism, and respect to every interaction.
We are dedicated to maintaining a safe and positive environment for all. Harassment, discrimination, or any behavior that disrupts our supportive culture will not be tolerated and may result in immediate suspension or loss of access to our services.

To attend classes at Jungle Studio Fitness, you must create an account and reserve your spot in advance through our website or app. We recommend booking classes 3 to 5 days ahead to ensure availability.
If a class is full, you may join the waitlist. Should a spot open more than one hour before class begins, you will be automatically added. By joining the waitlist, you confirm your availability to attend if admitted. If your plans change, please remove yourself from the waitlist or class at least three hours prior to the scheduled start time to avoid a late cancellation. Failure to attend after being added from the waitlist will be considered a late cancellation and may result in forfeiture of the class or late cancellation fee.
You can monitor your position on the waitlist and will receive notifications via text and email if you are added to class. Please keep your contact information up to date. If not admitted, your class credit will remain available for future use.
All bookings, waitlists, cancellations, and payments are managed through Mariana Tek. Please arrive on time, as late arrivals risk losing your spot to someone on the waitlist.
For the well-being and focus of all participants, clients will not be allowed to enter class after class start time. To ensure you have ample time to get settled and prepared, we recommend arriving 10 to 15 minutes before the scheduled class start time. This helps maintain a calm, uninterrupted environment where everyone can fully benefit from their practice. All fees are non-refundable. Please check in at the front desk upon arrival.
All purchases are final. Refunds are not offered for class packages, memberships, events, or fees. Memberships may auto-renew according to the terms agreed upon at purchase. Please review your membership agreement carefully.
Participants must be at least 14 years old to join classes at Jungle Studio Fitness. If you are under 18, a parent or legal guardian must sign a consent form in person before you can participate.
To the fullest extent permitted by law, Jungle Studio Fitness and Temple Studio disclaim any liability for injuries, losses, damages, or claims resulting from your use of our website, app, or participation in studio activities. This includes any damage to or loss of personal belongings while on the premises or in the parking lot. By engaging with our services, you assume full responsibility for your health, safety, well-being, and personal property.
Jungle Studio Fitness and Temple Studio may take photos or videos during classes and events for marketing and promotional purposes. By participating, guests grant permission for their image and voice to be used. If someone prefers not to be included, they are encouraged to inform a team member before class, and we’ll do our best to accommodate them.
By providing your phone number and opting in to receive SMS/text messages from Jungle Studio Fitness, you agree to receive recurring automated and/or non-automated text messages related to your account, class bookings, schedule updates, customer care, promotions, events, and other studio communications. Consent to receive SMS messages is not a condition of purchase. Message frequency may vary. Message and data rates may apply. You may opt out at any time by replying STOP. We are not responsible for delayed or undelivered messages. Your use of our SMS/text messaging program is also subject to our Privacy Policy.
