FAQ
HOW DO I BOOK A CLASS?
To reserve classes, we suggest installing our booking app. Simply create an account, gain full access to available classes, and easily make bookings by searching “Jungle Dallas” in your phone’s app store. Alternatively, you can book classes through our website. Please note that are sales are non-refundable.
HOW EARLY SHOULD I BOOK?
We recommend booking 3-5 days before your class date so that you can secure your spot and plan ahead.
WHAT SHOULD I BRING?
Mats are available for rent at $3 per usage for non-Jungle members. You may bring your own mat or rent one from us while in studio. No additional items are needed for class, but feel free to bring your water bottle. We provide complimentary sweat towels and all the equipment you’ll need. Note that our “Strength” class is the only one that requires tennis shoes.
WHAT IS YOUR NO SHOW/CANCELLATION POLICY?
A $20 fee applies to No Shows and Late Cancellations. This fee is incurred as there isn’t enough time to fill your spot with another student. Late Cancellations must be made at least 3 hours before class to avoid charges. Please ensure you check in at the front desk before each class to avoid incurring charges.
I'M WAITLISTED – WHAT DO I DO?
Waitlists can occur, and we appreciate our community’s support – thank you! If you find yourself on a waitlist, your app will indicate your position in line. Should you move off the waitlist, you’ll receive notification via email.
WHAT IF I'M RUNNING LATE?
We have a No Late Entry Policy at our studio to support the well-being of our community and ensure classes start on time. Once the scheduled class time begins, no additional participants can be admitted.
